The impact you will be making:

• Manage end to end recruitment processes, from job postings, up to candidate onboarding.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates to assess their suitability, qualifications and fit for the organisation.
• Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent through job boards, social media and professional networks.
• Utilise various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks, to actively source and identify potential candidates.
• Actively seek new ways and sourcing methodologies to build and maintain a strong talent pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
• Collaborate with the Employer Branding team to promote the companys culture and values through recruitment campaigns, on creating and posting attractive job advertisements on relevant job boards and social media platforms.
• Develop and maintain relationships with external recruitment partners and job boards.
• Partner with HRBP to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Advise HRBP and hiring managers on market trends, candidate availability and manage expectations.
• Facilitate communication between hiring managers and candidates.
• Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Keep candidates informed about the status of their application and provide timely feedback.
• Address candidate inquiries and concerns with a customer-centric approach.
• Provide market insight to the organisation, develop and manage SLAs, ensure data integrity.
• Generate recruitment reports on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis and assess metrics to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Analyse data to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven recommendations.
• Lead and contribute to ad-hoc projects aimed at optimising recruitment processes and elevating the overall recruitment function.

What you'll need to shine in this role:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  
• Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or in a similar role, with at least 3-5 years in talent acquisition.
  
• Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and current employment legislation.
  
• Excellent relationship building, negotiation and communication skills.
  
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
  
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software would be an advantage.
