The impact you will be making:

  • Develop and implement social media and branding strategies by identifying target audiences, selecting appropriate platforms, and creating engaging content.
  • Create and manage social media content, including posts, graphics, videos, and other formats optimized for each platform.
  • Monitor and analyze social media performance by tracking engagement rates, reach, and impressions to make data-driven decisions for improvement.
  • Manage social media accounts, including posting content, responding to comments and messages, and ensuring consistency with the company's values and messaging.
  • Collaborate with other departments to align branding content with the overall business strategy.
  • Stay up-to-date with social media trends, best practices, and emerging platforms to leverage social media for business growth.
  • Assist in organising and facilitating team engagement initiatives and activities.

What you'll need to shine in this role:

  • Qualification: Bachelors degree in digital marketing/mass communications or related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years experience preferred, with experience in designing and content creation. Fresh Graduates are welcome.
  • Video editing experience, specifically for social media format (e.g: TikTok, IG Reels, etc.) using Capcut.
  • In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, their algorithms, and best practices to ensure maximum reach and engagement.
  • Experience in conducting market research and developing an understanding of the target audience to create content that resonates with them and the ability to analyze social media metrics to determine the effectiveness of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
  • Fluent in English with excellent communication skills to effectively convey the brand message and engage with the audience across various social media channels.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin (reading & writing) as clients are Mandarin-speaking.
